To take part in the study, you must be at least 18 years old and be proficient in English. You’ll also need to own a Garmin watch. No other special skills or background are required - just a willingness to engage with the tasks and share your Garmin data as part of the research.

What is involved in the study?

Participation involves taking part in the study once. You’ll complete a short economic experiment online, which includes decision-making tasks and simple questionnaires.

The entire study typically takes around 20 minutes.

We’ll also ask for permission to access selected Garmin data, such as sleep, heart rate, and activity levels.

Participation in this research is entirely voluntary. You can withdraw at any time during the study period, and request that your data be deleted, and you will not face any negative consequences for choosing to do so.
